Kate Firth is a Psychosynthesis Leadership Coach and Facilitator (EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner) with a background in voice, embodiment and human communication.
For more than twenty years she has worked with leaders, professionals, creatives and people in transition, supporting them as they navigate change, complexity and uncertainty, and explore questions of meaning, purpose, identity, belonging and contribution.
Drawing on psychosynthesis, embodiment, voice, facilitation and a lifetime of living between cultures and disciplines, Kate creates reflective and generative spaces where insight can become wise action. Her work helps people make sense of themselves, their relationships and the wider systems of which they are part.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, she facilitates peer learning, reflective enquiry and group conversations, creating spaces where people can think together about the challenges and opportunities they face.
Kate has also worked for more than thirty years as a voice coach, supporting professional actors, broadcasters and speakers in theatre, film, television and radio.
Born in Nigeria and having lived and worked in the UK, Spain and the USA, she brings an international perspective to her work and a longstanding interest in identity, culture and belonging.
She is based in Winchester and works with clients across the UK and internationally.
